The LACAS Early Years Programme (REACH) is an amalgamation of the Early Years Foundation Stage, Cambridge Primary and Reggio Emilia philosophies of learning. It introduces an inquiry-based approach to education and encourages critical thinking.
Grade IV till O Level
The Primary and Middle School curriculum has been constructed to ensure that content and teaching practices are developmentally appropriate. It eventually aims to link all learning to the curricula framework provided by the CAIE. Furthermore, LACAS is committed to fostering a communal and engaging work environment.
The LACAS A Level program is the second oldest in Lahore. It focuses on providing opportunities for students to reach their potential – in both academic and co-curricular endeavors. Our aim is to instill students with confidence, integrity, tolerance and inspire a quest for life long learning.
LACAS was established to challenge the status quo in the education in Pakistan. The founding members wanted to create an institution that provided equal opportunities to girls. In September 1987, we became the first institution to offer A-levels to girls which is an achievement that continues to make us proud. We have been recognized as a centre of excellence by leading national newspapers. From its inception, LACAS has been pushing new frontiers and recording new boundaries. We have led the revival of the tradition of annual stage plays and the introduction of parliamentary style debates that have given our students a unique education.
